Under the Combine Crew Management agreement all the
exposure and liabilities associated with the provision and employment of
crew are covered by Combine.

The main recruiting
area is the Philippines, where More Maritime,
our own manning company is headquartered, as a means of controlling our manning
sources and to ensure strict scrutiny of seagoing personnel. Some vessels
have a mix of European (Greek, Russian) leading staff and Asian or Russian
Junior Officers and crew. Russian recruitment is achieved through our Group
agency agreement.
Combine has strict Drug and Alcohol
policy requirements. These exceed those required by major Charterers and
are enforced on all vessels.
ITF
coverage
Depending on Owners
requirements both ITF (ILO) and non-ITF wage scales are offered.
