To ensure the uniformity of our crew training standards a fully-owned training center has been established in Manila, Philipinnes, using proprietary computer based training to complement our own instructors.
Seafarers' evaluation is accomplished using the computer based system developed by "SEAGULL" of Norway.
Through special agreement with QMS, the leading crewtraining establishment in Greece, key officers can undergo futher training such as Bridge/Engine Resource Management or by use of advanced Bridge/Engine simulators.

Senior officers are briefed at regular intervals on the Company policies with particular emphasis on quality, safety and environmental protection. Senior staff are brought through the Company's offices for a thorough briefing on the Company Management systems in general and the ship on which they are about to join in particular.
