Quality Culture The culture at Combine is one of quality. The procedures that allow this quality to be manifested , are part of our management philosophy. Quality Assurance is a documented system that formalizes and codifies these procedures. In Combine, we regard compliance with the requirements of its ISM and ISO 9002 certification not as a mere need, but implemented in true spirit and deed. The Quality Assurance Department is entrusted to verify that the Company always complies with the requirements of the ISM / ISO 9002 certification. Three full time Quality Auditors are responsible for ensuring compliance both on the vessels and the office. They also have a responsibility to ensure that quality is not only known about and understood, but willingly embraced by all in the organization. In addition to auditing activities, regular reviews of the code are undertaken by the auditors, to ensure the continued effectiveness and efficiency of process management within the organization.
