providing services to third-parties, having separate legal
status, premises, directorship, management and shareholder structure.
Other companies of the group include Interchart (chartering brokers),
Sentinel (Insurance brokerage), More Maritime (crewing managers).

advantage on administrative costs works to the benefit of our clients,
given the lower cost levels in Greece. Most importantly, our affiliated companies
operate as separate cost centers as opposed to profit centers for services
